Debbie is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years experience in the health care field specializing in patient education. She has developed a combined approach of alternative therapies with a focus in life long wellness and relaxation. Education and understanding of alternative therapies allows individuals to participate in reprieve of their own daily stresses and begin the healing process utilizing the field of non-invasive therapies and techniques.

Richard Ogilvy is an experienced massage therapist who specializes in deep muscle massage, sports massage, and muscle pain relief. His unique integrative approach combines massage with related therapeutic modalities to help guide clients beyond relaxation to a level of greater self-awareness and improved self-care.
